We are working with one of Irelands largest energy utility companies helping with the programme management of a major IT investment programme designed to carry forward the capability of the business in a newly separated open market environment. The programme is focused on the implementation of new applications and associated new business processes and is schedule to go live in late 2010. References available on request.
Case Study : ERP (and complex system) selection, implementation and integration
Worked with Irelands largest food distribution & retailing organisation. Members of our team was responsible for the assessment, conference room pilot and subsequently successfully design, build, test and deployment of the Aldata GOLD ERP solution. This multi-million euro project took over 4 years from conception to full rollout. We used IBM Websphere MQ-Series as the middleware solution to integrate the ERP with other systems.
Case Study : Business Intelligence and Information Reporting
Managed the build of a new data warehousing solution for a retail function in parallel with the implementation of a new ERP solution. This Business Intelligence solution was built using the Microsoft SQL Server, Integration Services & Analysis Services

Designed IT organisation structures and systems support procedures using ITIL standards. This assignment included the agreeing a support contract with an implementation partner to offshore application support to India)
